Anlässlich des 1200-jährigen Bestehens der Stadt Völklingen feiern die Völklinger*innen drei Tage lang in der Innenstadt mit Musik, Show,
, Essen und Trinken, Aktionen und einem tollen Familienprogramm sowie als Höhepunkt dem historischen Festumzug mit Fußgruppen und Motivwägen. Das Bürgerfest bietet Vereinen und Institutionen die Möglichkeit, sich zu präsentieren und sich aktiv in die Gestaltung des Jubiläums einzubringen.
Unser Verein wird an einem Stand orientalische Spezialitäten anbieten.
Parkplätze: Neben der City-Tiefgarage (Ausfahrt 24h möglich) stehen in näherer Umgebung zahlreiche Parkplätze zur Verfügung (Otto-Hemmer-Platz, Hindenburg-Platz, großer Platz am Weltkulturerbe), von denen aus die Veranstaltung in wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar ist.
